Orders & Customisation
How long does a custom cushion take to make?
Every Cushique cushion is made to order in our Canadian atelier. Production typically takes 10–14 business days from the date you order, plus shipping time. If you need something sooner, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every cushion is made specifically for you, we can only change or cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them. After that, fabric is cut and production begins. Please email us as soon as possible if something needs to change.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Most of our cushions can be made to custom dimensions — simply select “Custom” from the size options when designing your cushion. A small upcharge may apply for non-standard sizes; we'll confirm the final price before production begins.
Can I return a custom cushion?
Custom cushions are final sale. If your cushion arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. For ready-made cushions, we accept returns within 30 days in original condition.
Fabrics & Materials
Can I see a fabric before I commit?
Absolutely. We offer fabric swatch packs so you can feel the quality and see the true colour in your space before placing a full order. Swatches ship within a few business days.
Where are your fabrics sourced?
Our fabrics come from heritage mills and family-run weaving houses in Italy, Belgium, Portugal, and Canada. Every textile is chosen for its quality, texture, and longevity.
Which fabrics are suitable for outdoor use?
Our Outdoor Weave is specifically designed for patios, porches, and sunrooms — it's fade-resistant, water-repellent, and easy to clean. Velvets, silks, and linens are best kept indoors.
Are your fabrics pet-friendly?
If you live with pets, we recommend our Cotton Sateen, Linen, or Outdoor Weave — these fabrics clean easily and stand up well to everyday life. Velvet and silk are more delicate and best suited to lower-traffic rooms.
Care & Quality
How do I clean my cushion?
Care depends on fabric. Most of our cushions have removable covers that can be spot-cleaned or professionally dry-cleaned. Detailed fabric-specific care instructions are included with every order and are available on our Care Guide page.
What fills do you offer?
We offer three fills: Feather Down (plush, cloud-like, the most luxurious feel), Memory Foam (firm support, ideal for lumbar cushions), and Hypoallergenic Poly (allergy-safe, easy-care, great for families).
Are Cushique cushions guaranteed?
Yes. Every Cushique cushion is backed by our craftsmanship guarantee. If a seam fails or stitching comes loose within the first year of normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and to the continental United States. Shipping to other countries is available on request — please contact us for a quote.
How long does shipping take?
Once your cushion is finished, shipping within Canada takes 3–5 business days and 5–8 business days to the U.S. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
We offer complimentary shipping within Canada on orders over $150. U.S. shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Trade & Gifts
Do you have a trade programme?
Yes. Interior designers, stylists, and commercial clients are welcome to apply to our trade programme for preferential pricing and dedicated support. Please get in touch to learn more.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in a range of denominations and can be sent directly to the recipient by email. They never expire.
