Our Story

Four decades in foam and fabric, distilled into one boutique studio.

Cushique grew out of Foam and Home Decor, Jas's family business in Surrey, BC. Forty years working with foam, fabric, and finishing taught us what a well-made piece really is, and what most home goods on the market aren't.

So we built a small boutique studio dedicated to the work we know best: cushions, ottomans, and bespoke upholstered pieces. Every Cushique is designed with care, made from heritage textiles, and finished by hand.

It's the details we pride ourselves in perfecting: the weight of the fabric, the cut of the corners, and the feel of the fill.

Our Materials

The textiles behind every Cushique.

Our velvets come from Italian mills with a century of weaving behind them. Our linens are washed and finished for the soft, lived-in hand that gets better with every year. Our bouclés, silks, and outdoor weaves are chosen the same way: for texture, for character, for longevity.
